Back in the '70s there were always rumors that biker gangs were going to descend upon Santa Fe for Fiestas.This year, another gang is coming to town during Fiestas, one that potentially could do more damage as they fight over turf: The state Legislature, which, among (many) other things are going to be fighting over redistricting, Bystanders beware!
