Ingle Loses Bet
Senate Republican Floor Leader Stuart Ingle, R-Portales, told reporters that he lost money on Gov. Richardson's State of the State address.
"I lost 10 bucks," he said. "I bet 20 minutes."
Richardson's speech actually went on almost 35 minutes.
